Absolutely. Your Compass Assistant will be granted access to the Compass system and any other tools or platforms you authorize. This flexibility ensures they can efficiently manage tasks and integrate seamlessly into your workflow.

Sharing your Compass Assistant with another agent in your office is allowed. However, the assistant must be signed up under a single full-time plan, and you’ll be responsible for coordinating how their time and responsibilities are divided between the agents. This ensures clarity and efficiency in task management.

All Compass Assistants are based in the Philippines. They come with professional real estate experience and are rigorously trained, including certification in both general real estate practices and specialized Compass training. This ensures they are well-prepared to support your business effectively.
