Pricing
Flat Fee
Our pricing is role-dependent and based on the complexity and seniority of the position. It is always discussed and disclosed before the search begins to ensure full transparency. Fees are only paid upon successful placement, and if your new hire leaves within 120 days, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. Our pricing structure reflects our commitment to building long-term partnerships and delivering lasting value.
